ExtremeSkins Staff
Whether he carries the ball 10 times or 30, Washington Redskins RB Alfred Morris knows how to be effective, and says the only stat that matters at the end of the day is a win. Ken Linkins
You have to love this guy Morris and the way he plays. He is not calling anyone out, he is calling every one out! If anyone is not doing his job it is up to the coaching staff to make a change, be it RG3, Fletcher, Orakpo, the DC or OC, ANYONE! Until the coaching staff gets what Morris seems to understand we will continue to lose games. This game is a cross roads, if we do not win for ANY reason, Danny Boy must get involved again, and we all know how that has worked out in the pass! We can no longer try "To protect the DoDo way of life" any more! Win or be Gone!
manchild157
It will be interesting if we go 0-4 as to what the management/owner will do to correct it. I'm wondering lately if Shanahan would even fire Haslett or will he just ''let him go on trying to figure it out''. If they fired Haslett, who would replace him? Raheem Morris? Doubt if they would hire from outside. Ken, I would love to know what Snyder is thinking these days as he's as frustrated as the rest of us. I don't see us winning this game today even though we are favored. Have we fixed the defense enough this week to eliminate us from the laughing stock of the league? Ken Linkins
Manchild, There seems to be un-rest in the Redskins camp. When you look at what Morris said (I just want to win) it begs the question "what else are the players talking about"? This is something one would say if there are many subjects being talked about. Are there problems in the coaching staff, Haslett vs. Morris, are there problems with Kyle and RG3? Whatever is going on, it has hurt us a lot and I would hate to have the owner jump in to add to the list of problems. Sooner or later the truth will get out and we will know more. Right now too many things do not seem right or make sense and we the fans are not getting the whole story. If we lose to Oakland, I am sure more information will leak out during the Bye Week as the players will have time always from Redskins Park and someone will talk to the media. But if we win, it may be a temp fix or even start another winning run to the NFC crown. Either way, we are in wait and see mode.
DCSKINSFAN
And now that we have a win, where does all the talk go? I know one thing I saw yesterday that really scares me - when Morris had 3 Raiders on him, behind the line of scrmige, our offensive linemen were walking around, watching the play! Did you ever think if each one of you PUT A HAT on those guys in the black shirts, maybe Morris would only have to break one tackel to gain yards not 3 or 4! If you want to watch, buy a ticket and sit in the stands! RGIII, you really need to call these guys out, you have the "C" on your shirt for a reason! C'mon man! Laze offensive linemen will KILL an offense! HTTR BABY!!IT"S NEVER TOO LATE TO SHOW UP IN THE NFL!!!ESPECIALLY THIS YEAR IN THE NFC EAST!!!!HTTR!!!!
