It has the signatures of former Washington Redskins Chris Samuels, Stephen Davis, Patrick Ramsey,Danny Wuerffel, and two others that I can't make out. There is no certificate of authentication but I guarantee they are AUTHENTIC!!! I got them during the 2002 Washington Redskins Training Camp.
