jdub56
alright the skins did have some stupid penalties last week against the eagles(like every week). But how many remember the call againt lavar, roughing the passer. That was one of the worst calls ive seen in a football game. The refs seem to get worst every year, in part because of instant replay, they rely on it too much. Do skins get bad calls with the refs? I think so, and calls like that one can decide a game or even a season.
Saqs
Yeah. Bad call amongst plenty i've seen from the refs this year. Wasnt the first, wont be the last. I just wish there was something that could be done post flag while i'm sitting on my couch yelling at the top of my lungs "THAT WAS A $%%@% HORRIBLE CALL!!!!" Bazooka Tooth
That was a really bad call. They seem to love to call LA on shi* like that....
diehard_skinsfan
Worst call I've seen this year. I always thought Ed was a good ref too. Why can't they just let the players play the game? :dallasuck
laurent
It was certainly a bad call but let's not overlook that this penalty was largely Lavars fault. He knew the pass was gone so why even bother putting his helmet in McNabbs chest? It was a stupid move on his part no matter which way you put it. All In
Huh? where you been we went over this a couple days ago... Just kidding, yeah it was way to touchy. l mean if Lavar meant it, McNabb would have been out of the game. What ever happened to a referee taking a player to the side and telling him to knock it off before he gets called? Horrible, No Fun League. I had to say something because it mad me realize how mad i was during the game. did they get a td or a field goal on that drive? i thing they scored, just cant remember what the eagles did. laurent
You want to get upset about a call think Dockery and think tripping. Now THAT was the worst call of the year by far.
jdub56
agreed not only was it way too far away from the play to make a difference, i dont think dockery did it on purpose. that fat dt just tripped and the refs are idiots.
Burgold
both personal fouls were bogus. I also wonder why we didn't at least get a running into the kicker when the Eagle smacked into Barker and Barker fell onto his back? I thought those were automatic. WonderBoy
Please don't say anything this week was the worst call you've seen in a long time! The call on the Coles catch dwarfs these penalties in comparison.
Awesome
Ok, nothing new here, The Skins are still getting their fair share of bad calls. But, rather than complain about it all year, it's time for this team to cut the bs, committ to playing error free football and not give the refs the chance to flag them. Burgold
I do think the 'skins would do much better if they eliminated the mistakes, but its the fictions and noncalls that bug me even more. The Coles catch. The Barber fumble. The non pass interferences with shirts being stretched all the way out, etc.
Ignatius J.
Gardner is being heldso consistantly it has to be frustrating the hell out of him. Every shot I see of the guy there's a DB with a wad of jersey in his fist. It gets old quick. -DB

Time and time again we seem to put ourselves in position to warrant bad calls. Although LaVar was using the old "intimidation" tactic, he probably should've backed off a step earlier. Or, better yet, hold his helmet up so it didn't look like a spear.
