Corcaigh
Video shot from almost two hundred miles up from the International Space Station. You can see the lightning flashes associated with large thunderstorms as well as the Aurora Borealis. At two points (3:45 and 4:37) you can see what looks like a long orange river. Apparently it's the border between India and Pakistan which is now fenced and floodlit for 1156 miles of its length.

Going Commando
God that's awesome. All of the lightning makes the planet look like such an inhospitable place. Watching this makes me want to play Mass Effect even more.

Yeah, there are some basic mistakes in the simulation if you look at the stars in the background. Even in the opening image Orion's Belt appears upside down. RansomthePasserby
Everything looks so close together from space. It's weird to think that the entirety of human history took place on that giant ball.
