"The Lesser-Known Candidate Forum takes place on Monday night at the New Hampshire Institute of Politics at St Anselm College in Manchester, New Hampshire. For $1000, candidates from the far-out fringe of any and every party have been invited to have their say. Here are a few of our favorites."

Linden Swift 82 Republican:

... from his website (http://www.linden-would.blogspot.com/) "Consider Herman Cain for VP: a man with uncommon ability. Being twice as black as the President, he should receive twice as many racist motivated votes." :ols:

Is "The Rent is Too Damn High" guy going to be there? That would be worth the price of admission.

Here's Vermin Supreme, who has run in every Presidential election since 1992. He's the mandatory toothbrushing, pony in every household guy.

I think the crotch Hulk fist holding the American flag is a nice touch.

In fairness, not all of the candidates are so out there. They may be fringe, but they're not all crazy. Just quixotic.

How about one of my favorites: Andy Martin, the birther and self-proclaimed "Internet Powerhouse."

He is best known for making up the rumors that Barack Obama is a secret Muslim, for claiming to be the one who originally found Saddam Hussein's hideout, and for physically assaulting a TV cameraman when he ran for the Senate in the 1990s. He is also an open anti-semite and vexatious litigant, and has been a guest on the Sean Hannity Show. :)

Not everyone could pull off that fashion statement....I'm impressed

Mark Callahan, 34

Party: Republican

Website: http://www.MarkCallahan.net

Hometown: Eugene, Oregon

Occupation: Unemployed IT Professional.

Trivia: Callahan turns 35 on 11 May, 2012, before the general election, qualifying him for the presidency under the US Constitution.

Richard Adams’s view: An unemployed “IT professional”, is that even possible these days? Based on the design of Callahan’s campaign website: yes.

I actually took a look at Karger's website. If it weren't for his stance on GLBT and abortion rights, I could see him in the middle of the pack. The quotes on his site are kind of vague on what he would actually do if President, but I like where his mind is. He's a right-center guy, the sort I think we need right now.
