NewCliche21
Jesus you're a terrible fan if you think its ok we lost this game..good fanhood :jerk: Uh-huh. Questioning someone's fanhood because we get a better draft position as opposed to a meaningless win that only hurts us. You keep on trucking. GibbsFactor
I know it sucks to lose that way to that team but it was the best possible outcome. We played Dallas close and lost two games by only 5 points. That isn't too bad. Now we are in better position to land RGIII Luck or Barkley. NewCliche21
wut? no way in hell would I ever want to lose to the pukes. I dont care what number pick we get a W over Dallas is always what I would like to see. shame. I want to be able to draft a franchise QB as much as anyone, but being satisfied with losses and hoping to throw/lose more games in order to do so is pathetic Let the fog clear and you'll be happy when we're pissed with a 14-2 record in a couple of years instead of being THRILLED with .500. Sticksboi05
Losing out....you put that **** away when we play the Cowboys. If you endorse losing any game to the Cowboys..it's sad. Agreed. Hand in your fan card on he way out. 4-12 would've been fine.
NoVaSkins21
It's too early for a thread like this..... The Dallas losses always sting. Agreed. I was so much more pumped up for this game and would've taken the win no matter what. Divisional losses, no matter to whom, always suck. EDIT: Hate getting owned by Dall@ss again this year. So
BRAVEONAWARPATH
Never waiverd. I hoped that we would lose because we weren't going to make the playoffs this year after the Bills game. With the Browns and Phins winning, our chances just got better. We need the high draft picks to help us for next year. This.
NewCliche21
Agreed. Hand in your fan card on he way out. 4-12 would've been fine. A meaningless win ****ed us in the 2011 draft. Dropped us FIVE spots down, taking away that gorgeous one-sided victory by the Browns over the Falcons. Yeah, bad fans want us to win in the long run because we're sick of pointless moral victories. You've got it down pat.
.Guy.
I want to be able to draft a franchise QB as much as anyone, but being satisfied with losses and hoping to throw/lose more games in order to do so is pathetic aren't you sick of constantly going 6-10,7-9,8-8 and not really getting any killer draft pics? Every year we're mediocre and I've had enough. It's okay to really suck it up for a few years if it helps build a solid team that can compete for years to come. I would much rather compete yearly than have a playoff season once every 5 years even if that mean being a basement dweller for 2012, hell even 2013. Let's move forward. Lo There is so much more wrong with this franchise than being able to get a top 5 pick for a QB. Look and see how many times that actually works out for teams most of the time. You can get a gem qb at 10-20 in the draft and not have to be a coward to do it, you just have to have a competent front office
Skins_Fan82
I agree that if people can separate emotions from the situation, today's loss as a good thing for us in the bigger picture. Miami won today too, which helps things. I was with the OP too as the tide of the game turned. I came into this gme wanting to lose for draft purposes, but once we came back late i was like screw it I'm ALL IN to beat Tony Retard. Though I'll be on suicide watch for the rest of the night, I'm sure I'll feel better about it in the morning.
Toe Jam
You're not a moron but this is a moronic attitude to have IMO. But maybe that's just me. I don't relish the thought of dealing with arrogant ass Cowboys fans harping on about how they swept us.
War Paint
What would really suck is if we are in position to take one of the top QBs in the draft and pass on him for another position. I think I would lose it. That's no shot at how Rex played today. I think Rex is fine for a back-up QB. I just hope the Shanahan's take advantage of a high pick and get us a franchise QB that we desperately need. This franchise needs a legitimate young QB prospect to build hope for the fan base and organization. For once I would like to buy a Redskins jersey with our QBs name and number on it and to wear it with pride. Luck, Barkley, or RG3 please.

mjpanzer
Honestly, I see both sides. The truth is we are going to win another game or 2; that's just the way the NFL works. Wouldn't it be nice to get one of those W against Dallas?

TheGloryDays
This is not for the better. I don't give a crap if we go 2-14 for the next 20 years if we wen't 40-0 against Dallas in the same span. Anyone that claims this was good is not a fan of the Redskins because we'd never root for a loss to the pukes.

Brandon Lloyd Christmas
i actually thought gano was gonna make it. surprised he missed it, but 6 games left to go, who cares at this point. we need a QB. 2nd overall pick is coming our way.
