Brandon Lloyd Christmas
per rotoworld: Santana Moss (hand) is expected to be out at least another three weeks, according to the Washington Post. It's only been 2 1/2 weeks since the Redskins announced a 5-7 week timetable for Moss' return. Therefore, it's unlikely anyone has a real read on Moss' status. Once he begins his rehab in earnest, we'll get a clearer picture of a target date. But for now, it's safe to say we wouldn't expect to see Moss anytime before Week 12. www.rotoworld.com in my opinion, its time to IR him and move on with the youngsters. no point in having him back for 3 or 4 games in meaningless december games. I agree...let him come back in 2012 to a WR corps that has developed and taken some lumps. We'll be 4-7 AT BEST when he would return so I really don't see the point. Rest up and come back for the last couple years of your contract on a more competitive team.

Fat Stupid Loser
Moss was out? Come to think of it, I haven't seen anyone jump up and spin the ball on the ground after a 4 yard pick up for a while.

Duckus
Doesn't mean he cant be released. Bruce and Mike made re-signing him their #1 priority last off-season. I think that is all you need to know about what they think of him. He isn't going anywhere.
DCranon21
Yeah, it's time to IR him and let him come back next year. Makes no sense for him to come back if he's going to miss another 3 weeks.
Gibbs Hog Heaven
Gota' agree with the general consensus here. IR Santana, let him rest up and fully heel so he can be fully healthy and fresh to give our new rook a reliable vet. to look for next season. Hail. No way if we pick a QB in the draft and he'll probably be starting for us next season. If he's not on the team next year, we're likely not even coming close to trying to rebuild.
