RRick
Looking for a good place to watch redskins game 2morrow? Where are the best spots in the ATL area.
Rat_Boy
Any Sidelines or Damon's is good. There is also a Redskins fan club bar. Just look in the newspaper for the boosters club bars in the sports section. I think it is called "The Sand" bar and grill.

Ever since The Gold Club bit it, that place was bound for shutdown. If you're in buckhead check out Frankie's or Jocks & Jills. If you want hawt 38 TV action with EVERY game, go to Digger's on Roswell Road (OTP). Pretty good food too for a sportsbar.
BG
Upper level seating at Turner field. Just change the channel on the jumbotron or the club level screens. The fans don't mind there. They don't really like watching baseball anyways.....
Cskin
Yes...Digger's has a substantial contingent of Redskin faithful on Sundays. Unfortunately, the bar is owned and operated by NY transplants...... so Jets/Giants are shown on virtually every T.V. When I lived there, a Redskin fan would arrive early and convince the staff to put the game on a prominent yet sidebar bigscreen, one where everyone walked in front of the screen to use the restrooms. I don't know what made me madder, the Redskins play at the time or the obligatory females who chose to stand in front of the screen and talk about their new perms. AAAaarrgghhh!!!!! Guest Matt Kyriacou
Sandbar and Grill has been closed for quite some time now. I believe that the new "Beer Mug" has taken its place as home to the Atlanta Redskins fan club. That's where I watched the Jets game earlier in the season. Guest SPACESKINS
RRick, Matt is right. The Sand Bar has been closed for a few years.I used to go there myself every Sunday.Missed that place. Everyone that was there including myself go to The Beer Mug. It's even listed in the local paper as Atlanta's "Exclusive" Home of the Washington Redskins. The address is 857 Collier Road. You take I-75 to Howell Mill Road, then go east about 1/4 mile then make a left at Collier Road. The Beer Mug is just down the hill on the right. ------------------------------- "It's a good day to die"-Lt.
