Greatest "Deep Threat" Receiver

All time, you'd probably have to think back to when they actually passed in the NFL. Paul Warfield overall though Bob Hayes might be a good pick and maybe Hugh Taylor for the Redskins.

I'm confused by this post... They pass now in the NFL, sometimes 60 times a game :) You don't have to think back far at all.

I think Megatron is making a case to be involved in the top echelon of deep threat receivers. All Stafford has to do is put the ball close to him and he seems to come down with it. But Randy Moss is probably the tops of all time at that game.

Randy Moss could jog his route while smoking a blunt, then put his free hand in the air to pull in a touchdown over two defenders.

And on the rare occasion that he actually gives a damn, he's even better.

Blasphemy for a Redskins fan, but Bob Hayes has to be in the conversation. He had world class speed and was practically a fly pattern specialist.

Agreed. Hayes averaged 20.0 per reception for his career. Randy Moss has never averaged that for a season. Paul Warfield is also in the discussion although he probably got more yards after the catch than Hayes. Isaac Curtis was another great long threat especially early in his career..

Randy Moss, it's mind boggling to think of what he would have been with a better attitude and some work ethic.

Randy Moss's talent level was/is simply amazing. If he'd had an Art-Monk-type attitude and work ethic, Moss would've likely been the greatest of all time, barring injury. When he played with effort, he couldn't be stopped.
