DC9
-Passing game due for a breakout I've been saying this for 10 years. It would be nice, given what's brewing in my champions league.
smackdown 46
We can win if we control the turnover ratio, the Eagles put up 489 yds. of offense and still lost because of the turnovers.
sideshow24
Passing game and special teams strength are where I disagree. Banks isn't getting many good looks and a bad hold already cost us one game.
wrecker
I think our defense has to score to win this one. So far Ryan Kerrigan's pick six in week one is the only points our defense has scored in 4 games. Come on Man! Hall, Atogwe, Landry and Wilson! Fuzzy Dunlop
None of that matters if we can't score touchdowns and have to settle for field goals. If we can convert in the redzone we will be 4-1 and riding high. I'll take a cup of the kool-aid though.
DC9
The Eagles haven't played a defense ranked in the top 20 yet. That being said, the key to the game is keeping the lid on the defense (no big plays) and ground and pound. The Eagles are one of the few teams in the NFL with a worse redzone offense than us. No turnovers, ground and pound, and no big plays.... that'll keep this game nice and tight... just how we'd like to keep it. lol. HAIL!
emor09
we keep criticizing our offense, think about this. We both played the Giants on our home field. We won 28-14 (21 pts. from offense). They lost 29-16. Now I know if A > B and B > C that A isn't necessarily > C. But just a little food for thought. (yes, I realize the Eagles offense scored 24 vs Rams while our offense only scored 17)
Boss_Hogg
It's simple, RUN THE BALL, put Torain in there and have him run over those pests. The Iggs run defense is fugly, their wide 9 technique has been an epic failure.

pjfootballer
What I find hilarious is before the season most fans had the following teams chalked up for wins: Niners- 4-1 and leading their division Bills- 4-1 and leading their division Seahawks- just 2-3, but beat Atl and NYG in consecutive weeks Panthers- 1-4, but have taken every loss down to the wire Dolphins- this might be one we can actually chalk up. Rams- dominated, but in true Redskin fashion, almost blew it Cardinals- dominated, but had to squeak a win out by their chin hairs.

thecardiacrll
I hope the Eagles play a lot of zone coverage. We will TOAST them all day long. That wide 9 technique I expect Torain to have a huge game....Ive been watching alot of Eagles games and it seems theres alot arm tackles at the line of scrimmage due to the ends being so wide Torain does not get tackled by arm tackles and i expect him to deal out punishment to the safetys and corners when he hits the second level. That will also give us a time of possesion advantage and keep there offense of the field if we can run the ball.
NewEraofSkins08
Screen passes are lethal against wide 9. Would love to see Helu in on those screen plays because of his unbelievable vision and cut-back speed. Won't be able to make it down this Sunday, but the Stadium must be LOUD! Our D feeds off of the stadium atmosphere. We could use the home field advantage in this one.

281skins
hopefully anthony armstrong is ready to play, didn't he miss the past two games? Our pass offense looked anemic when armstrong wasn't playing
