SkinnedAussie Posted October 1, 2011 Share Posted October 1, 2011 Sav Rocca's former team, Collingwood, once again plays in the Grand Final, which is the equivalent of the Super Bowl. The victor will claim the title of the best team in the league for 2011. Even though Collingwood are the reigning premiers, their opponent today, Geelong, will go in to the game as favourite to win. Both teams have recent GF experience, with Geelong playing in their third GF in five years, and Collingwood playing in their third in two years (one last year was a draw so had to re-play the game the following week). Currently, we are going through the pre-game 'entertainment', with Meatloaf performing live (and he is certainly still living off past 'glories'), with the game to kick-off in about 45 minutes.
