Year 2 of Vick will be nothing close to last year. By evidence of the decline in his production towards the end of the year, teams started to figure him and what the eagles were trying to do out. It takes a little film to do that and now teams have it (ie Zorn's first several weeks). Also, Im sure they just broke the bank on the guy, especially with J Jones and the turds involved. Probably a lock, barring injuries to win the East, but can they get that elusive ring with this roster against Green Bay and Atlanta? Renegade7 Posted July 29, 2011 Share Posted July 29, 2011 If they can get DJax back into camp, this could easily be the best philly team that I've seen since 2005, imo. Reality is, this move wasn't made for us, it was made for Green Bay, which Philly is still not better then. Add to that, GB has 9 starters coming back. You still have to play the game, and I still love the way our defense is shaping up already. I can see the philly-skins games going back to the usual NFC East slugfests of old. "All-Star" teams have been assembled before (see 2007 Pats), and they didn't win it all - and they had a much better coach, offense, and defense. Nnamdi is far from the reason the radiers havent been winning these days.
