MissU28
Oh, now you've done it. I like Joe Buck and I still don't see all the hate. His voice is very soothing to me when I watch a football game
thebluefood
I like Joe Buck and I still don't see all the hate. His voice is very soothing to me when I watch a football game I can KIND OF see your point, but is soothing really what you want for a game like football? Maybe for a book on tape, but not for a sporting event. The man doesn't seem to have any idea what vocal inflection is. Everything he says sounds the same, whether it's a pitching change or the game winning touchdown of the Super Bowl. Also, it sounds like he doesn't even enjoy his job, like he'd rather be else where; which is basically what he said here: http://awfulannouncing.blogspot.com/2008/07/joe-buck-admits-he-rarely-watches.html I still can't understand how a guy like him came from a legend like Jack Buck. HogNose
Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac is very underrated. He is one of the greatest guitarists to live and is up there with Clapton.
Captain Wiggles
Totally Underrated. Although I hope the Hangover 2 has helped that a little. kIJabiKOtCU URDAPzyZmhg

Oooooh speaking of them I prefer the girl who sings this song over the normal hippie chick that people seem to prefer.
rincewind
The Grateful Dead - band Kimya Dawson - musician Christopher Moore - author Zooey Deschanel - name it (and her voice is the sexiest thing I've ever heard) Benedict Arnold - people only remember his tragic turn. They forget that he almost single handedly won the most crucial battle of the Revolution for the US.

DieselPwr44
Musician: Jerry Reed. Most folks think he just another country picker when he was just as much apart of the early years of rock n roll as anybody else. NBA: Paul Pierce. When the analyst talk about SFs in the league, he rarely gets mentioned. Better defender than most realize and the best rebounding SF in the league, imo. No Excuses
Following my Metallica overrated post in the other thread: I think Dave Mustaine is much more talented than any of the chumps in Metallica. He's created some tremendous music while not sacrificing the powerful integrity of his band like Metallica did after And Justice For All.

Califan007 The Constipated
Neil Finn ... Probably one of the best songwriters of the last 40 years. Gazillions of other musical artists cover his songs that he wrote while with both Split Enz and Crowded House. He's definitely respected in the music business, but among everyone else they mostly scratch their heads at hearing his name vmR2bmFqxLA
