Folks, it's time to debunk the ridiculous myth about Wal-mart shoppers

You've seen all the jokes about Wal-mart shoppers, from forwarded emails, to right here on ES, to all over the internet. But I'm getting tired of hearing and seeing it. Because it just aint true.

So I decided to go on a mission to prove them all wrong. The myth that Walmart consists primarily of nasty-looking, nasty-dressed rednecks and white trash couldn't be further from the truth. Whenever I go to Walmart, NO MATTER WHICH ONE, I ALWAYS see hot women. Because guess what - hot women like to save money, too. What a concept.

So, this thread might come across as really creepy, but it's just to prove a point.

So, before I hear all the responses about how creepy it is, believe me, I felt creepy doing this.

But it was for a just cause, and tho it was a dirty job, somebody had to step up and do it.

For a second, I questioned whether you all really believe this theory about Walmart shoppers, and just create it as something to laugh at. But I'm convinced now, that you all believe it, based on some responses I've gotten. Responses like the ones from the link below, when I insist that hot women go to Walmart all the time. I'm not going to name any names, but these guys wouldn't even believe that hot women go to Walmart even in middle-class, non-redneck neighborhoods.

Mick, you're a trip man.

So let me get this straight. You went to Wal Mart, found good looking girls, took pictures of them without their knowledge, loaded them into your computer and then posted them on ES? That takes some balls man. Seriously creepy balls.

Anyhow, you can't see most of their faces. It's impossible to judge. However, I'll take your word for it in quite possibly the most shocking thread I've opened in a long time.

Don't the Paparazzi do the same thing ?

Why aren't they considered creepy ?

It's in a public place, not private.

1. This is creepy.

2. This is pretty stalkerish.

3. Paparazzi - they are paid to take pictures of celebrities, not random girls in Walmart that do not have any idea that their picture is being taken and posted by some random strange on an internet football site ....

4. Sorry, the pictures are blurry. But the *****es wouldn't stand still. --- Really? First, you should not be calling random girls that you're stalking in Walmart *****es. Second, you're lucky that these girls had no idea that you were following them throughout the store and taking pictures of them because I'd be willing to bet you that they'd beat the crud out of you and you'd probably be kicked in the balls a few times.

This has to be one of the most out there things to do to prove a point.

Your not only taking covert pictures of these gals' without their knowledge, your posting them on a public website. Sure there must be some privacy law about that somewhere. Just saying Mick, it's a dangerous thing to so to prove a point. Not judging, as I find it all pretty humorous. But potentially dangerous for you.

Hail.

What about the pictures of the redneck shoppers at Walmart - were those taken with their permission ?

Also, their faces aren't showing in the pics. I don't think there is a legal issue, because havn't you ever noticed on TV, they only blur out the faces of the people whose identity they are protecting, and not the body.

Mick it does not change the fact of what you were doing. Going to Walmart to snap shots of attractive women. There is no comedic value to this.

There isn't supposed to be comedic value. I explained my reasoning in my original post of why I did it, and it had nothing to do with comedy OR creepy.

Yes but that doesn't make it OK. Two wrongs don't make a right.

Why aren't they considered creepy ?

They are creepy. Paparazzi can be some of the scummiest people on earth. They extort celebrities and try and catch them at their worst possible moments. I am in full support of celebrities that assault paparazzi members.

I'm pretty sure that a Wal Mart is a private business, therefore making it a private place. Even if it was considered public, it's still weird to take pictures of girls without them knowing and then post them on a public message board. Hell I bet some of those girls aren't even of age yet... especially the last one.

You have debunked nothing. All of the pictures of the women are from the back. You can't tell what they look like. All this thread really proves is that you are creepy and have a bad camera phone.

lol @ the one guy in the pic. He appeared to be on to your creepish antics.

Ever heard the expression "two wrongs don't make a right" Mick?

You can't justify one with the other. It's not a personal attack on you, as I get the point your trying to make. But I'm darn sure the woman and even more so authorities might well take a different view to the defensive stance you are.

Hail.

I mean, you have to know how this looks to us. I imagine a guy in Wal Mart, trying to act incognito as he's snapping pictures of random girls with his cell phone. That much alone is just weird. Were you with anyone when you did this, or all by yourself? Were you wearing a trench coat and a fake beard? Aviator sun glasses?
