Howie411 Posted August 29, 2021 Share Posted August 29, 2021 So I picked up an extra ticket to bring my daughters to the game tonight. Managed to snag a Club level seat for $27 after fees on TM. Not sure if its new or not but they have a stand just for gold members on the club level which has free food. Peanuts, Popcorn, chips, soda, Gatorade, water, hotdogs, nachos, chicken fingers and fries a few different wraps. They also had a private bar for Gold members that had some of those items too. I also noticed 2 sections that had soda refill machines for Gold Members. It is great but they always waiver on if you can access it if you don't have club seats. "The rewards program was primarily game day experiences and branded gear so with covid preventing us from having game day experiences like field passes, tunnel passes, and flag experience; and our rebrand still in progress, we retired the program but are working to create an enhanced game day for gold members. For this year, our leadership team has decided to plan more Gold Membership Events where there will be opportunities to get select items and to have some fun at this exclusive member only event. We will have more information coming halfway through the football season for these new gold member events." So much for those points I guess. That sucks, at least they should have let us use the rest of our points. hail2skins Posted October 12, 2021 Share Posted October 12, 2021 In my 20 years of going to games, I ate meals elsewhere beforehand and rarely went to the concession stands. In 2018 I went to a preseason game on the club level and Johnny Rockets didn't have chocolate shakes. The last game I attended was the Houston one the same season and went to a stand right before halftime and there was no line because they had run out of fountain drinks. I wonder if other stadiums experience the issues to the same level. It just seems that there are so many little things that this team doesn't get right, and you wonder why people don't show up for the games. I don't even understand the consternation over honoring Sean Taylor. It is awesome and I don't see why I would need more advance notice. I am a fan and have season tickets and go to games though.
