You even bring up Archafailure as thought it has relevance.We paid a reasonable price for the best safety of the offseason, including draft. It's the *ONLY* move that we've made. I feel like you're just jaded and that there is no making you happy with this team. Pretty pathetic that our team does that to clearly die-hard fans. This fanbase is so jaded from the previous regime that it doesn't want older players, free agents young or old who will command any money at all, high draft picks (trade down, trade down!), or anyone who has ever been on another team (player or coach). They filled a position of weakness with a playmaker, but they still have a lot of holes to fix on that defense to get them to where they and we want them to be. Who knows what sort of free agency we'll see and who will end up being available. We don't even have a legit starting safety currently on this roster as far as we know. This guy is a playmaker and was available at perhaps our greatest position of need. I hate this news.
