S.T.real,lights,out
Man, this has already been the most annoying offseason ever. I think, literally, every player we have been rumored to be looking at has either been franchised, transitioned, tendered, or just resigned with their current team. Blessing in disguise!! Stew
I remember vaguely an article about how he didn't want to play in a 3-4, he was looking to play a 4-3?

PokerPacker
I remember vaguely an article about how he didn't want to play in a 3-4, he was looking to play a 4-3? I remember Cullen Jenkins said that. Not sure about Hawk. But either way, after not too long from when Capers came in, he was able to win over the skeptics on the team and they are really buying into the system. No selfish Haynesworths here.
ChiefPowhatan17
Hawk is still a Packer. We need to focus on getting Atogwe here.
Conn
This was a no-brainer for Hawk. He knew he was never making that ten million this year, and always wanted to go back. Who can blame him?
justice98
With a 35 year old MLB, it's probably not a bad idea to have an eye out for a replacement. No matter how effective and durable the current one is. Cuz the end's right around the corner. ---------- Post added March-3rd-2011 at 01:09 PM ---------- I remember vaguely an article about how he didn't want to play in a 3-4, he was looking to play a 4-3? My guess is he didn't say anything about not wanting to play in the Super Bowl. That seems to have trumped the 4-3.

Conn
I understand GB will resign him and redo his contract. Yup, 5 years. It was always understood that the 10 mill wasn't going to happen. This thread should be closed, or moved to ATN.
