Man, you guys... You can't blast him for wanting to watch the Redskins. He's fighting for our country overseas and asked for our help to watch his favorite team. The least we can do is vote once every 24 hours or so.

Yes, but why subject our thousands of soldiers overseas to it as well? If they got word it was this guys fault they had to watch our ****ty team, they would hate him pretty deeply. Give the troops a good game to watch at least.

I don't believe anyone did anything that could be called "blasting him" (unless you count the nitwith that I think TK just rightly took care of).

What some of us have said is that trying to tip the vote may help the OP, but do a disservice to the rst of the members overseas.

Thats all I'm saying too. We're not bashing anyone, but its pretty obvious that this site is big enough to the point where we could sway any voting polls. I'm thinking of all of the troops, not just the ones who are skins fans, and they, as whole, deserve better than watching us get our asses kicked, again. No disrespect is intended, at all.

Uh wrong, son. Team loyalty is team loyalty when I watched AFN/ AFRTs overseas back in the 90's in the Balkans, etc there were Cubs games, Saints games and Redskins games.

Because what you see as a disservice the members over there do not. Its still a piece of home they can embrace while over there good or bad. I saw games during the Norval years and wanted to see the games win or lose. My brothers or my daughter would send me week old tapes so I could see them if they weren't aired.

It would be like me saying because I think GLEE sucks that others shouldn't be able to watch it overseas if its put to a primetime vote.

No, it would be nothing like that. It would be very much like trying to force all of them watch a crappy game because one guy wants to watch it. That's a lot closer to your Glee analogy, actually.

Come guys, I understand voting for the best game but what is really happening here is that the Saints Boards are fully backing the Saints fans and they have run away with the games five weeks running. The Redskins board should support Redskins fans.
