This board came together big time a few weeks ago and allowed me to watch the Skins vs Lions game but we've been losing out to Saints fans ever since. I know we haven't had the best team this year but we still have the best fans and I know we can get enough votes to show the game next week. I want to see it and I know there are other deployed fans on here who would also appreciate your help, so please click the link below and put in your vote, let's blow out all these other teams again.

Dude is overseas doing his part to keep our country free and safe, he asks us to help him get a little piece of home brought to him and you pick this thread to ***** about the Redskins.

I've been overseas and I can tell you that seeing your team play no matter if they win or lose, no matter if they play like champions or turds makes a huge difference.

How about the fans that aren't Cowboys, Giants, Eagles, Colts, Patriots, Saints, or any other game you may vote for, should 30 other teams fans be ignored? He is a Skins fan, asking for 2 seconds of your help to see his favorite team. He is not asking for you to go out of your way.

Your anger towards the Skins this year, and every other year, should not affect whether or not a service member and fellow Skins fan should get to see the game. I have family in the military and they are happy to get any resemblence of normal life. If it helps this guy forget his troubles for a day, then do it.

No, but they will sure be affected by such a vote. I have never voted on these things for that reason. If I did, I would vote for what I thought was the best game, because that seems to best serve all the servicemen.

I am typically optimistic about our team, however, I am positive that the troops see enough tragety without having to watch the 2010 Redskins try to play the game of football.

If I were accepted by the military, the last thing I would be worrying about is a game. The man or woman beside me would be my first priority followed by myself and then getting home alive and as sane as possible.

Well, with all due respect to the OP, I can't vote for the Skins to be shown. I think the best game available should be shown, if there's only going to be one game. Stuffing the ballot box at the expense of the majority who would rather see a better game is not something I can get behind.

This. Are you guys serious? A Redskins fan is serving overseas, and would just like to be able to watch a Redskins game, and you guys are saying no because we suck? Good lord.

He will survive...I would rather watch a decent game if I was overseas than watch this **** of a team and get clowned on by my fellow soldiers for being the fan of a ****ty team
