I need to post something positive or else I'd be in danger of saying something I shouldn't in downright frustration after today ..... just how freaking good is Brandon Banks?

Man, the kids ELECTRIC! EVERY time he lines up back there your pulse starts racing in anticipation. The kid might be slight, but he has the one thing a return team hates. SPEED. In ******* abundance. And the ability to change direction at breakneck speed without missing a beat. Even the 14 yard return in the second quarter had you out of your seat screaming as he made something out of nothing. The two long ones were a thing of poetry. It's like watching a ballerina out there. But one on drugs. Balance, poise, and all done in the blink of an eye.

It's only one small part, and we have major problems right across the board of course, but man is it fricking AWSOME to have a kick returner that can flip the field again. Honestly, if he stays injury free, I can see this kid having a Mitch type career. His potential is THAT high. And unlike the great Brian Mitchell, he has that magical ingredient BMitch never had, as big a threat as Brian was to take it to the house every time he touched the ball. That jet lightening speed.

He is UNREAL. He keeps us in almost every game. I cant believe weve basically lost TWO games because he had punt returns for TDs called back. Not to mention the other returns hes had called back. I feel bad for the guy.

Agreed. We got our Devin Hester (I know he's not that good as of yet but damn is he breathtaking). After putting up with Rock Cartright and ARE for waaaaaaaaay too long we finally have a real return guy.

There's the only down side. They seem to be trying to work him into the passing game more, but ultimately you'd want him as your 4th/5th receiver to save him for where he's best. Not a bad threat though in certain plays to worry the crap out of teams with his speed.

Yeah, if you can get him away from the D-line and most of the linebackers with screen plays and maybe an occasional deep bomb I'd be ok with it but one solid hit on him could break him.

He's seriously smaller than I am, and I'm not a big guy at all.
