That's what happens when you have a guy who isn't a Skins fan spamming the board with his website's articles every week.

The guys got 70 posts....and 15 of them, at least, are threads just like this. A link to his website and nothing approaching a good OP.

Uh yes it was after the punt return.

I do think its silly to refer to this game as "MSM II," even jokingly. The original MSM was named because of an improbable play at the end of the game to give the Titans the win (it was memorable for some Skins fans, as it was the game that was on right before the only playoff game in FedEx Field history). Yes, I know we overcame a good deal of injuries, but to give this game the "miraculous" moniker seems a bit much.

I don't know why I thought we scored a FG first >.<

EDIT: OOOH, it's because I'm confusing this game with the Maryland-FSU game. After a weekend all the games start running together. Haha.

*Appreciate the spelling correction. Anderson was Landry's replacement. He got hurt too. The Montana speedster did race one back to give TN the early TD lead.

Ugh, I hate this "oh they gave it to you with those late penalties" garbage. Guess what, 5 minutes earlier, McNabb drove the team into position to win. But, for some reason, 5 minutes later, Donovan and the Redskins are totally incapable of driving into field goal range, and oh thank GOD they gave us penalty yardage. Please. One play before that mess, McNabb got out of his own red zone with a nice strike to Cooley. I'm confident that would have continued, and we would have won.

Oh, and screw Kerry Collins too, besides Chris Johnson, there was nobody to be afraid of on that team. They were outplayed and outcoached, and the better team won. They were frustrated cause they thought we were weak, and that resulted in those late penalties. It could have simply resulted in poor defense, and it would have been the same result.

*Five minutes before that Redskin fan were holding their breath on another ill-advised McNabb pass that was nearly picked off. The three Titan penalities all but secured the victory for the Redskins. The O (illegal procdure penalty) was doing its best to try and wreck that winning field goal attempt.

Anderson did not play a single snap on defense. Granted he was only healthy for two of em, but it looks like Doughty was the replacement all along. The tweeters were wrong.

*Do apologize for the pair of misspellings Teacher (up till 3AM working on the PSU/IN piece), but here is an exercept from today's REDSKIN INSIDER by Jason Reid (Wash Post) about Anderson.....

Anderson Russell: The rookie safety, who was due to play on defense in the absence of LaRon Landry, also suffered an injury on the punt that Tennessee's Marc Mariani returned for a touchdown. Russell said he would get an MRI on his knee Monday.

"Hopefully it's not really anything too serious," he said. "I didn't get hit. I was getting off a block. I went to push the guy by me, and planting on the leg, and I just felt it get weak."

That wiped out what Russell hoped would be a big day.

"I was ready to go," he said. "I've been paying attention all week in practice. I was going to be on all the special teams. It's one of those unfortunate things."
