The NFL Friday decided not to fine or punish Redskins safety LaRon Landry for allegedly spitting at Philadelphia center Mike McGlynn in Monday night's loss to the Eagles.

Landry denied the charge and the NFL, after investigating the allegation, said "there was no conclusive evidence to support discipline." Other Redskins players said they did not see Landry spit.

Emotions ran high before and during Monday's game. Players from both teams also traded barbs during pregame warmups.

If there was video proof of him spitting like with that other player from a few weeks ago (who they also didnt fine) I really think the NFL should have fined him.

What really makes me mad though is the taunting that was done telling DeSean Jackson they were gonna put him to sleep and making fun of his concussion. If there was proof of that or at least verified eyewitnesses who heard it I think they should have been fined and/or suspended for that. That is disgusting. Sure they got a butt whoopin' after the fact, but it should be on the NFL to deal out punishment in those situations, not the opposing team.

I heard it was DeAngelo and Santana Moss? Bottom line is "I heard" I don't know what went down. And unlike extremeskins I will not swing the shaft on my star safety. To hell with Philly and their sick fans.

Haha @ them

Hail!

For what? Trash talking? That's part of the game. There wasn't any evidence that either one of them tried to hurt him at any point during the game.

And how would the league have proof that was said?
