Or on men in general. I always hated that trend.

ITA. Never have and never will have the desire to put a hole in my ear for an earring. They were made for chicks. Why in the equencu ocha would you wear one during a game anyway. Friggin moron. The guard should have kept that jont and sold it on Ebay.

I'm wondering how many (and which) of your WR "core" you Skins fans would trade for Dez.

When I look at your roster and their 'production' I think that I would trade the entire lot. Hell, I might even throw in the blocking machine known as Cooley.

Here we go...one win to make the pukes 2-7, and now DEZ is just the RAGE!

:rotflmao:

You may have noticed a WR on your team who had a spectacular season last year, but this year...not so much.

DEZ has had one good game against a weak Giants' secondary.

I know for puke fans that makes him HOF material, but until he puts two or three good years together, try to ignore the hype.

Dez was the rage before we doubled our win total for the season. Sadly, I don't think that we'll ever get to realize his potential as our owner doesn't seem to value QB protection as much as I do.

The game against the Giants was not htat much differnet from what we've seen from Dez all year. he had more opportunities against the Giants but the level of play remained the same. The kid is good. Real good.

I'm not jumping on any bandwagons, T. I am merely stating what you, and everyone else who has watched him has seen; the kid is special.

I just hope our franchise is able to deal with him once he becomes 'big time'. <--based on our history. I am worried.

**pardon spelling errors. typing on a netbook is difficult when you're a big guy.

Hell, I'm in my 40s and I still wear one lol :ols:...Ed Bradley of "60 Minutes" fame wore a diamond stud in his ear when he was in his 60s...AND while still on the show. I remember first realizing that when a bunch of women were talking about how sexy the guy was for being his age, and pointed out how well he rocked the earring.

Manly beard + earring = badass pirate.

This thread deals with a player wearing and losing a 50K diamond stud DURING a game. Not comparing our WR corps VS X WR corps.

Well, when we look at your roster, I still see 2-7. Way to hijack a thread about bling.

Not everyone in here is saying it's "ghey". I used to wear one, but I think when a man gets to a certain age, he should think about taking them out. Just my opinion and of course it means nothing. You can wear them until you're 80 if you want to. I decided to take mine out when I hit 35.

Funny enough, I didn't get mine until I was 35 lol ...so for me, at least, it wasn't some youthful spontaneous act or following the crowd/peers or anything like that (not saying it was for you, either, by the way).

Actually, it wasn't following the crowd, it was my "bad-ass" moment. I'm a pretty clean-cut, straight a narrow guy. It was akin to everyone getting tatoos now to be more bad-ass. I still have the mark on my earlobe and I tease my wife about getting the hole opened up and she just cringes. She doesn't like them on guys. I think I was around 25 when I got mine.

I don't understand earrings on anybody, even women. I think they are totally unnecessary and don't serve any purpose. The worst is my soon to be sister in law. She went out and got a bar stuck in her ear. Its like you can almost see her jumping up and down waving her arms and yelling

"HEY, OVER HERE! LOOK AT ME!!! LOOK AT MY HEAD!!! I'M DIFFERENT AND UNIQUE!!! I'M A SPECIAL PERSON, LOOK!!! HEY OVER HERE GUYS WHY AREN'T YOU LOOKI..."

She is the type that is constantly seeking the acceptance and approval of the wrong groups of people, so she makes herself into something she really isn't to try and have a certain appearance. Its sad.

As for Dez Bryant, I never understood players wearing ANY jewelery during a game. Who gives a **** if you have some gold chain on your neck? Next we'll see some idiot wearing two gigantic oversized watches with bands that are 50 sizes too big for their wrists out there.
