skinsplayboy
EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (Sept. 1, 2003) -- The supposed battle between Ron Dayne and Dorsey Levens for No. 2 running back on the New York Giants has a surprise ending. When Tiki Barber needs a rest in the opener against the St. Louis Rams, Delvin Joyce will replace him. "In my opinion, he is the second-best running back we have on this team," coach Jim Fassel said after practice. "Everyone on our coaching staff shares the same exact opinion. There isn't a dissenting vote on that." Coming in to training camp, Joyce was an afterthought for the backup job. Dayne, the Heisman Trophy winner and first-round draft pick in 2000, was the incumbent. Levens, a former Pro Bowl starter, was expected to push him for the job after being signed in the offseason as a free agent. what happened to these guy!!!!
