This was the first time we'd been 10 games under .500 in December in a while. First chance to shut Wall down for that long to fix something he was capable of playing through. I'm actually not that broken up about it because the season was already lost and it means he won't get traded. At least not until the offseason. That Trevor Ariza trade looks pointless at best in hindsight. They need to find the money for him this summer to justify making the young for old swap. We're stuck with this core, or stuck with a worse version of it if Ernie gets desperate and decides to trade Beal. Gives Ted a chance to fire Ernie before that time. Unfortunately, it would be great to start down that path now by trading Beal, collecting assets and really tanking.
