TradeTheBeal!
Just absolutely smothered the Wolves in the 4th. Wall basically gift-wrapping a comeback/6th-man award for Rasual Butler. Spectacular.

BRAVEONAWARPATH
Wall finished with 21 points and 17 assists (tying a career-high). The double-double is Wall's 100th in his 290 game NBA career. Not bad.

Skin'emAlive
Not sure who kept it more real there, Wall or Flip. Maybe Flip. Dude said McGee, Baltche, and Crawford were straight garbage. Thats cold. Wall... My God, he has taken the leap.

Going Commando
So long as the Wizards stay the two seed, Wall will finish well in MVP voting and have a legit chance at winning the award. The list of true MVP contenders is pretty clear right now: - Steph Curry - Marc Gasol - John Wall - Kyle Lowry - James Harden - Chris Paul Those are the starry leaders of teams with a chance of finishing as the one or two seed. 1.) James Harden won't get it. They tend not to give it to players with his rep for defense. 2.) Memphis absolutely has to finish as the one seed with the best record in the league for Gasol to win it. Due to the nature of his position, he lacks the opportunity to shine like the perimeter players. 3.) Chris Paul's candidacy is hurt by the presence of Blake Griffin. 4.) Lowry won't win it. Hasn't made an AS game yet, still has the stink of being a journeyman on him, hasn't been good on defense this year, and there just ain't no way he keeps up the pace he's set so far. 5.) John won't win it over Curry if both keep up their current pace. 6.) Aldridge and Lillard cancel each other out for serious consideration for the award. Right now it's Curry for MVP and Bogut for DPOY, but I could see them giving Gasol another DPOY as a substitute for winning MVP. But the list will change depending on where teams finish in the standings. The MVP will come from a one or two seed.
Burgold
Much respect to Saunders for the love he showed Wall last night. He could have easily been bitter about his ouster (midseason firings are hard), but it was nice to see the support for his former player.

Rocky21
I love seeing Gortat get so into the chicken deal. https://vine.co/v/Og1vvtPYZzT I wonder what the most he's ever spent on a Wiz50 night. I could honestly see him going into a huddle saying "We must get pizza". How can you not love this guy?

Going Commando
you better add Westbrook to this list. He's not a serious MVP candidate. He has no chance at winning unless OKC finishes as a top two seed. That isn't going to happen. Also, so long as Durant is playing with him in OKC, he will never win an MVP. Westbrook will at least get votes though, if he keeps playing the way he has.
