Chachie
Better. Than. LJ. Whiny. Inconsistent. Disloyal. Loose cannon. Of course he wants a trade. The Giants lost last night. That's Brandon Jacobs for you.

I'd give a 7th round pick for him...you think he wouldn't want to stick it to the Giants every time they played?
Spartacus87
Better. Than. LJ. I think LJ is terrible and I never really wanted him on the Redskins to begin with, but I'd honestly take him over Jacobs at this point. Jacobs is the new Tip Toe Burglar. Who's the more obnoxious loudmouth in the NFC East: Keith Brooking, or Brandon Jacobs?

Why would he want to stick it to the Giants, though? He's the one that sucks.
Warhead36
He's always been overrated. He put up good yards when the Giants OL was giving him huge holes to run through. When a guy that big can just run full speed through big holes of course he's going to produce. He has nothing else to his game though. He's hardly an upgrade over LJ to be honest. I'd maybe offer a conditional 7th rounder.
Brandon Lloyd Christmas
honestly, the giants would be a perfect fit for haynesworth. just saying.....

I'd say Keith, because of his past history with ATL but its pretty much 1a and 1b honestly, the giants would be a perfect fit for haynesworth.just saying..... Stop it. Jacobs is terrible and he could not be a worse fit for Shanny's offense.
Oldskool
Schefter just shot this down... Adam_Schefter Giants RB Brandon Jacobs is unhappy in NY -- no secret. But he has not requested a trade at this time, nor is NY willing to deal him. less than a minute ago via web

Too bad that we don't have that caliber of OL that Shanahan had in Denver. When the Skins finally do, the RB's are plug and play.

Hitman21ST
Stop it. Jacobs is terrible and he could not be a worse fit for Shanny's offense. All right, what about LJ and Haynesworth for CJ Spiller?

Sekhmet728
All right, what about LJ and Haynesworth for CJ Spiller? Bills might part with Lynch or Jackson... but not their shiny new guy. By the way, BJ for AH trade was the first thing that crossed my mind when I saw this. They have about equal team destroying diva potential right now right? Conn
Why anybody would want Brandon Jacobs in the year 2010 (read: NOT 2007 or 2008) is beyond me. Wow.
Spartacus87
Why anybody would want Brandon Jacobs in the year 2010 (read: NOT 2007 or 2008) is beyond me. Wow. That's what I don't understand either. Haynesworth's problem is that he didn't want to play in this 3-4 and now Shanahan is just trying to demoralize him. But when Haynesworth plays, and plays in a role that fits his strengths, he can be a monster. I wouldn't want to deal him to the Giants. That would be moronic. And to get Brandon Jacobs in return? I don't want Brandon Jacobs for a ham sandwich unless he comes with the 2006/2007 Giants o-line. Same with Marshawn Lynch.

DCranon21
All right, what about LJ and Haynesworth for CJ Spiller? I know the Bills are not that stupid to part with the #9 pick of the draft. That'll be sweet, but even the Bills brain trust isn't that dumb. HailToTheRedskins14
Trading a good-to-great defensive line talent for even a good RB is not worth it. Trading a good-to-great DL like Haynesworth for a RB of BJ would be stupid. No way would we trade Fat Albert within the division, and if we did, it would take more than a past-his-prime RB who was only "pretty good" to begin with. Tom [Giants fan]
I wish this would have come up before the Giants cut their RB draft pick from last year.
DWinzit
Just missed a chance to grab your 4th rounder Brown back from Denver too. They had to cut him from there 53 man roster after the Maroney trade. As soon as he cleared waivers they put him on their practice squad.
