Califan007 The Constipated
:ols::ols: Please tell me you're not part of this "we." So you deal with reality huh? And let me guess, the "light" is that Dallas SUCKS! Am I right? Do you agree with a few of your Dallas brethren that Romo sits to pee looked better than McNabb today? KDVFinest
Funny, I thought McNabb was great...the receivers were poor. But, I wouldn't expect you to be objective considering your fan affiliation. Mcnabb looked great tonight? How many points did he put up again? Maybe we watched a different game. 11-26 with an int and no td's is not great in my book. But, I wouldn't expect you to be objective considering your fan affiliation.
tr1
That's awesome. All I'm saying is that in 5+ years, I've never, not once seen you discuss the redskins. Only start cute threads in ATN, only to cry if someone violates the rules. I'm not saying you don't discuss the redskins or that you're not a skins fan. I just haven't seen any evidence of it myself. I guess you haven't been in the Stadium tonight, eh? Too funny.

That's because you never visit the Stadium...we Skins fans see tr1's Redskins views and input over there. Not over here. Here, we see his views and input on teams other THAN the Skins. Not a hard concept to grasp, really.

He kept hitting receivers in the hands. Had one TD dropped. He looked a bit inaccurate, but most of the time he was throwing away from defenders. He's a refreshing breath of air at the qb position for the Skins. I still have some reservations about him, but he still has the tools.
BigDFan
But it's' NOT against ATN rules to remind everyone of 37.3, which--if I'm correct--is much MUCH lower than 54.3...Nor is it against ATN rules to remind everyone of 10 quarters of football without a single offensive TD for the NFC Super Bowl favorites...and the one TD they did get was courtesy of their defense. I am pretty sure the Romo sits to pee TD to Austin counts as an offensive TD
THEHEREAFTER
Really?I believe you will be in the minority of thinking come tomorrow morning...when all those pesky news stories come out...and all... Be afraid. Afraid of what exactly? I'm looking forward to football. Yes, I know you will camp out in the safe confines of ATN and report "news" on the NFCE. It's what you do and it's why you're loved by skins fans throughout the world.
tr1
Oh, and how long before folks in pukeville ask for Kitna to be the starter? I'm thinking by the end of the night.

OBJECTIVE? lol ...You claimed Romo sits to pee looked better than McNabb tonight. You know what Romo sits to pee's QB rating was before throwing that gift TD right before the half? Zero-point-zero. 0.0 QB rating lol ...Please explain "objectively" how that performance so obviously outshined McNabb's.
THEHEREAFTER
I wouldn't know. I read Stadium stuff all the time and I rarely see anything posted by him. But just the fact that any Redskins fan would spend endless hours studying the Cowboys like he does makes me a happy guy. Tr1 is awesome! He's much easier to tolerate once you truly understand his game and the genius behind it. He has this mastered. Trust me on this one.
Califan007 The Constipated
I am pretty sure the Romo sits to pee TD to Austin counts as an offensive TD Ok...9.95 quarters of football...and the TD "courtesy of the defense" I was talking about WAS Romo sits to pee's TD after the fumble recovery lol. tr1
I am pretty sure the Romo sits to pee TD to Austin counts as an offensive TD Yup...that was one IMPRESSIVE drive! SD was dominating until that fumble. Imagine the press tomorrow if SD had scored.

Much better than saying they haven't scored an offensive TD since that would not be accurate wouldn't you agree? Califan007 The Constipated
Yup...that was one IMPRESSIVE drive! SD was dominating until that fumble. Imagine the press tomorrow if SD had scored. Had SD gone up 14-0 or even 10-0 with Romo sits to pee sporting a 0.0 QB rating, the press would have been saying "Well, at least he played better than McNabb, dad gummit!"... THEHEREAFTER
Do you agree with a few of your Dallas brethren that Romo sits to pee looked better than McNabb today? I'm going to be honest with you Califan. Right now, I do feel like Romo sits to pee is the better QB. I'm going to stress "right now," because I respect McNabb's past accomplishments although I despise him in every way possible. Honestly, I haven't seen Romo sits to pee or McNabb tonight as neither team is on in Charlotte. I've only seen stats.

Ken
I think the disconnect for skins fans is they equate us to their situation, but they could be more different. The cowboys haven't changed much and their team offensively has been good-very good. So you see that some preseason games are not going to get us flustered, we just want to go into the season with as few injuries as possible. The skins....4-12 last year and a new qb, coach, and system. U guys are looking for improvement everywhere because you have struggled in recent years. You need to change the entire culture of your team, we have to tweak some things. That's where the disconnect is for me with skins fans and ESPN pumping up non issues.... Califan007 The Constipated
Much better than saying they haven't scored an offensive TD since that would not be accurate wouldn't you agree?TD's are TDs no matter who they "are courtesy of" If you think saying the Cowboys went 148 minutes of football without scoring an offensive TD sounds "much better" than the Cowboys went 150 minutes without scoring an offensive TD, then alrighty, then lol ... If you think saying the Cowboys only scored the lone offensive TD they DID score thanks to the defense giving them the ball on the 8 yard line sounds "much better" than the Cowboys only scored the lone TD they DID score courtesy of the defense, then, hey lol ...more power to ya.
