daNattyFatty
That's the business...i feel bad for the kid, but not so much for the insane followers in the CoC thread....anyone who followed UH football and watched him play over the past couple of seasons in the B&G knew what his limitations were. He was (on this board) one of the most undeserving, overhyped players I've ever seen who was put on a pedestal by his delusional followers. Werd. Good riddance Colt!! erock353
hmmm....Eagles (or Cowboys, Giants) sign him long enough to milk what he knows about the playbook.....check his car on the way out of camp for the playbook! As funny as this sounds it is also very likely.

paintrain
This is historic believe it or not...he had a lot of fans. Now everyone quickly predict the team that will pick him up...i'm going to say the Patriots. Looks like someone needs to look up the definition of 'historic' before using such big words. CallMeGreen
I'm a bit surprised Zorn didn't push to get him in Baltimore (that we know about). I guess this really means our QB corps have completely turned the page. I say he ends up in San Diego.

We're what, 5 days into camp? How much of the playbook and such has he really picked up and learned?
authentic
....And to think he actually got ****y during last year's training camp for not throwing picks. Oh, how quickly things change.
andy614
GTFO...I mean, I thought this was open invitation for competition, not a death sentence. They actually did him a favor. He now gets a chance to hook up with another team and learn their playbook. Class move by the front office. I doubt Vinny, The Villiage Idiot, would have done that. VaSkinsNut
Interesting, we don't have a single QB still on the team who tried out for or or made last year's roster.

terpskins10
....And to think he actually got ****y during last year's training camp for not throwing picks. Oh, how quickly things change. Oh yeah, that royally ticked me off. As much as the Colt fans dispute it, the guy was overly ****y and actually expected that he'd be given the opportunity to start instead of working for it. Remember when he was discussing how JC's contract was expiring and how he could take over instead of not giving comment or throwing support behind his teammate (regardless of how well he played)? Meh. I just don't think you can have that attitude without backing it up. And he didn't.
terpskins10
Wowza!Any comment from Cooley? True, I was thinking about that. I'm sure he's upset that his friend was cut, but he knows it's a business.
TheLongshot
I'm a bit surprised Zorn didn't push to get him in Baltimore (that we know about). I guess this really means our QB corps have completely turned the page. Colt was lucky that he was still around. If it weren't for the fact that he got hurt, he probably would have been cut last year.
