The Guam Department of Agriculture says hundreds of large spiders and thousands of smaller ones were seen when stevedores began offloading insulation and beams for housing units from the ship, the M.V. Altavia. The cargo was returned to the ship, and the Agriculture Department on Friday ordered that the ship not be allowed to dock. It was last ported in South Korea. *Click link for more*

They get into the cargo containers I have opened up containers and started unloading bananas and found some pretty big spiders.

TD_washingtonredskins
Isn't this the same thing that happened in Arachnophobia? Actually yes...it was a brand new species of spider that came over in produce crates. I bumped the "Is it Halloween Yet" thread the other day and I got my scare today... Titaw
Clock Spider has always scared me. Who the F was nominated as the guy to remove the clock from the wall??? If it were me, the clock would have been used as the squishing device. And what I mean by squishing device I mean something between the baseball bat and the GI-normous spider. Botched
Braver than me...The clock would have burned with the rest of the house and that hellish creature. Small, fast spiders are creepier than the huge ones IMO. I don't mind picking up a tarantula but I'll be damned if I'm gonna touch a wolf spider or fishing spider. I wouldn't pick up a golfing spider... And obviously they were fishing spiders, why else would they be on a boat...
