Canyonero!
Just a quick question, mostly about Hue Jackson. What kind of Offense did he run at USC? Was it similar in any fashion to the FnG? It would be nice to know that we may have our next HC already onboard if SS does really intend to only stay 3-5 years total.
@DCGoldPants
my personal opinion is that we have our next HC as an Asst. already. But we won't know for at least 4 years who that is.

GB81
Jimmy Johnson. Just seems like the kind of guy Danny would want...and he's young enough he could be lured out of retirement. Call me an idiot...but that is my guess for who will follow Spurrier.
Zamas
I don't think JJ will come back and coach for another owner that is just like Jones. He wants an owner that will give him total control and we all saw how well Snyder dealt with that when Marty was in town.
jbooma
Untill Synder learns he is always going to want a big name to be his coach. I don't ever see a AC becoming our head coach as long as he is here, unless he has a complete change of mind.
Boy2Der
I think of Dan Snyder as a fan who owns an nfl team and who is not afraid to show the money. By the time steve spurrier leaves like in 3 or 4 years john gruden would be done with Tampa and ready to prove he can make it with another team definetly would have to say john gruden they would make a tag team duo the youngest nfl coach with the youngest owner. @DCGoldPants
I think Danny is in a good spot. You promote the OC or DC and you #1 get a guy who knows your team and #2 hire a minority.

Duke
I strongly beleive that he's going to get another so-called one from either college or pro but may switch it to the defensive side of the ball if SS is not successful as expected. That's Danny's way. How about Stoops or Willingham???

Snyder seems to love the mentality that they have.
gridironmike
Stoops would be an interesting hire, we'll see in a few years. Who knows, Spurrier may start tearin' everyone a new rear end and decide to hang around a little while longer.

skinsfanbu
Stoops was my guess also. SS, Jr. coached Wide Receivers for him in OK...he was SS's DC during the national championship year and won the Big One at OK. Not a bad name to throw into the hopper. EagleSteve
I liked the Jimmy Johnson idea. So here's the rundown of NFC East coaches in four years: Redskins: Johnson (Spurrier hits the links.) Cowboys: Parcells (The Year of Quincy, as proclaimed by Jerrah) Eagles: Gibbs (Reid having exploded when McNabb skipped minicamp) Giants: Ryan (Fassel in a rubber room after one too many Shockey comments) Kotite waits in the wings for the first one fired. What goes around, comes around?
redman
You left Ray Handley off of the list, Blazers. And Chan Gailey. Damn we've had some crappy coaches in our division in the last decade!
