2 Arrested After Dispatchers Overhear Conversation

Dispatchers listened in as Stefanie Vargas, 19, and a 13-year-old boy argued over what had the most value and was worth stealing, police said. Both were charged with one count of burglary of a conveyance.

"Hello? Hello? What is your emergency?" the 911 dispatcher repeats in the call.

"Somebody's talking about karma," the dispatcher said.

"Let me see," the caller says.

"When I beep the horn it means the cops are on their way, you hear me? You promise you hear me?" the muffled callers' voices say while the 911 dispatcher listens in.

"Look in here, in the glove compartment. They have, like, GPSs or something." "Oh, I didn't even think about that." "That's where the GPSs are at," the callers allegedly said.

"You got to break the SIM card. Take that SIM card out. They can trace it," the caller said. "If there's nothing there, leave it. Trust me, God always works in mysterious ways. If you be greedy, that's when you get caught up, alright?"

Yup. He sure does.

This took place in a small parking lot I have used many times... outside of Lollypops I haven't been there in well over a year but it used to be a paid lot. No real security but at least someone was there to watch the cars.
