Have you heard this version of "Billie Jean" by Chris Cornell?

interesting take on an old song... thanks for sharing this man!

no problem. Rarely a song these days makes me stop and listen, but this one did. I was flipping through the channels on Directv and on the information channel this was in the background. I had to look it up. Recognized the voice, but didn't know for sure who it was until I looked it up on the tube.

It's weird to say considering some of the incredible material he's written over the years including writing the whole Temple of the Dog album himself (which is phenomenol) but I really can't stand any of his solo stuff. I'm really not a big fan of his Audioslave work as well.

He lost his voice and moved to France, France??? Enough said.

Agreed on the Temple of the Dog album and France. I liked Soundgarden's albums. Audioslave was just o.k. and I've never bought one of his solo albums.

That was just plain tragic. so so bad.

IT was sad really. I grew up with Soundgarden as my favorite band, Then April 1997 they called it quits. Chris' solo albums were great. I actually enjoyed the Audioslave albums and let me tell you they put on a hell of a show. But the Timbaland album??? Inexcusable. Embarrassing. Sounds like the hot Stinky. Seriously just check out the lead single from that album, it's horrible:

LMAO..I love it when producers feel the need to use Autotune on people that can already sing. Message to these producers: "You're doing it wrong." lol
