Flowers was a seventh-round draft pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2001, but spent most of that season on the Dallas Cowboys’ practice squad. He went to training camp with Dallas in 2002 before being released. Flowers joined the Redskins’ practice squad in 2002 and also spent the 2003 preseason with Washington. Mr. S
Solid move, he'd only be an assistant and I like giving young guys a chance to start grooming them for a later position spot.

Larry Brown #43
But what credibility does this guy bring? How much credibility does one need for this position? He's basically here to learn the ropes of the coaching profession and to get coffee for the coach. You don't need a Super Bowl ring to do that. Pedro
More youth on the coaching staff for Shanahan Jnr. If we bring players in the same way we are doing coaches I'm gonna be a happy bunny. Looks like the start of a dynasty but it's the off season so........ lol. Looking good so far though.
