  1. 1. Rate the offseason in terms of fan-relations moves.

    • 5: Not perfect, but as much as could reasonably be expected in 1 offseason
    • 4: Some good changes, but there is still more that could be done
    • 3: Maybe a small step in the right direction, but much more could have been done
    • 2: Not nearly enough has been done
    • 1: Terrible moves

Clausen is hanging out with Everson Griffen, Rejus Benn, CJ Spiller, and Taylor Mays while they work out. Clausen is in a boot but still working out what he can. Clausen says they are like a small family with their workouts. The other 4 say nothing but good things about him...competitor, hard worker, not content with sitting around waiting for his toe to heal. Also said he'll be ready to throw.

Ok and? Anybody got a recap?

You didn't miss anything. This clip was shown this past weekend on ESPN. All you see Clausen do is sit around throwing a football and doing a little weightlifting with his boot on. If anyone missed it, don't worry about it, there was nothing to see.

Well I'm glad another douche bag ND QB gets media attention. What will keep Clausen from turning out just like Brady Quinn?

Says who, you? It seems nobody is going to ever be happy unless a QB comes out his first year and puts up better stats than Peyton Manning. It's not going to happen sorry to tell you.

Yeah, just like Percy Harvin turned out just like Taylor Jacobs. And Peyton Manning turned out just like Heath Shuler. Or Michael Vick was just another Jim Druckenmiller.

ND's offense averaged over 30 points a game, and Clausen was 3rd in the nation in quarterback rating. He threw 28 touchdowns and only 4 interceptions, completing 68% of his passes. You want a guy who can scan the defense, make pre-snap reads, and deliver the ball quickly and accurately? You're not going to get a QB better than Clausen.
