Tarantula
If we go after ANY RB, it should be Forte IF he's not franchised.
skins island connection
The idea of Hillis "possibly" being the next Riggins type power back does sound nice, but the Skins maintenance staff would have to scrub the showers hourly or another staph infection is due..lol..IF the o-line was solid and working as a functioning unit, he would be a great fit, but we're far from that right now. Hillis, Manning, alot of "Peyton" and their derivitives being hurled around here...
repo_4
If we go after ANY RB, it should be Forte IF he's not franchised. I just saw that the Titans can get out of CJ's contract after this year. Would there be any interest there? He has talent but tanking after his big payday is troublesome.
DavidGQ
NO WAY I have him on my FF team and that's all I want him to be at. We don't need another nut case on this team. This apply to Hillis and CJ.
Mr. Nostril
I've said it before, I'll say it again, "Don't pay running backs!"
Tuff
Terrible idea, not surprised the Skins want to trade for or sign more sub par talent. Helps keep the team down.
Laxpunk2006
He knows better than to mess with Shanahan. He played under the man. Hillis is more like Portis than Haynesworth. He'll bend before Mike Shanahan. He did so in his rookie year. The situation isn't even comparable. Last time he played under Shanahan he was buried on the depth chart as a late round rookie with zero experience. Now he thinks he is a superstar. Not the same. 2006Skins
No. He's a power back who's already lost his power.
Skins4SB
I'd rather have Ben Tate.
Hubbs
Great idea, spending resources on the most replaceable position in football when we might already have a starter in Helu.
SirClintonPortis
The situation isn't even comparable. Last time he played under Shanahan he was buried on the depth chart as a late round rookie with zero experience. Now he thinks he is a superstar. Not the same. Then he won't sign here. He knows the deal. And even so, "superstar" Portis also stayed discreetly quiet when Shanahan came here. ---------- Post added November-6th-2011 at 06:44 PM ---------- Great idea, spending resources on the most replaceable position in football when we might already have a starter in Helu.
