Who is the V.P. of Football operations?

I haven't seen this specifically posted yet.. So we know that Shanahan has been hired as head coach, and that he will have final say over personnel decisions. That's understood (great move in my opinion).

What I'm having trouble understanding is the report that he is being hired with the title of Vice President of Football operations (as stated virtually everywhere including this article),

but Bruce Allen was named to that same position a few weeks ago.

So Shanny = Head Coach....Allen= GM......But who actually holds the title of VP?

They both have that title, but Bruce has "executive" which I think trumps Mike.

We will have to wait and see what they say at the press conference and when they update the Redskins Website with the hire. Right now there still getting the news from "sources" inside the organization.
