Great news. Thanks for the great years Joe. Shame your O Line seemed to be the largest problem this season. It won't tarnish all you have done for us.

like trying to make filet mignon with spoiled meat.

He did the best he could with what he had. I think anyone else coached our line and campbell would have been on IR 6 weeks into the season.

Thanks for everything buges. True legend.

He needs to go into the Redskins Ring of Fame!!!

Honestly, boss hog not being around is going to be very sad for me. Classy guy, who coached the team through some very difficult personal issues, with the passing of his daughter.

He was a true warrior and he continued to jaw at his guys. If only we could have had a few more ingredients for him to work with.

Buges, you will be sorely missed. Thanks for your service, and God bless.

Amen, could not have said it better. Thanks Coach. You have been one of the greatest people to ever grace this franchise with both your knowledge and your spirit

Buges has been a rock for the Redskins. I hope that he enjoys retirement.

It would seem that Shanahan would like to bring Alex Gibbs with him, but I hope that we pursue Mike Munchak of the Titans. What he has done with that offensive line the last couple of years has been nothing short of excellent.

I was watching him yesterday throughout the game (my seat was 2nd row from the Redskins sidelines) and he was still coaching the OL like if he was on his 1st year as a coach. He loved his job like no other.. I always loved that about him. Thanks Coach Bugel!
