rumplestilskin
Ok its getting annoying with everyone calling him Orapko. Does it bother anyone else? Bruce Allen (Tim and Pat show) on Friday on Sirius, Dick Stockton for three hours during his best game of his carrer. Also on Sirius advertising for "security guard". You would think a commercial would be checked for proper name pronuciation. Collinsworth to the best of my recollection said it as well. Its not that complicated of a name or a toungue twister. Anyhow is there more examples out there? Make em' remember your name RAK. Kill Eli!
skinsdomination09
I asked my sister to read the name for me and she clearly read " OR-ACK-PO" try again announcers!
DrBoogerLips
The irony of your post is that you spelled 'Serius' incorrectly. The correct spelling is Sirius. Not trying to be nitpicky, just thought it was kinda funny. I agree with you though. If someone in the room casually pronounces it wrong, thats one thing. But when professionals do it regularly, that's a little amateur.
RunClintonRun26
But when professionals do it regularly, that's a little amateur. What it speaks to is the fact that we actually have few professionals in the business. I consider most of the commentators who do regular broadcasts as unprofessional to be honest with you. “Misdirection”
I think that Favre has messed with their heads. They flip the v and r so naturally they feel the need to flip the k and the p. faVRe = faRVe oraKPo= oraPKo
Darth Tater
Its really a pain because "rack the pool table" or "sack the po' boys" are a very obvious mnemonics to help you remember pronunciation.

HailToTheRedskins14
When he was playing at Texas and I had only casually heard of him/seen him a couple times here and there, I never once called him Orapko. Obviously now that he's a Skin I won't mess it up, but it's really not that hard. Different but not hard.
