Can you imagine if you just got into a fight with your wife, gf, or whatever, and made the dumb choice to jump in the truck bed to negotiate with her while she sped away driving like a maniac? What do you think you would be doing? Is it possible that he was trying to break in? Sure. But to say screw him when that is all the info available at this point is insulting. First of all, it's the witnesses speculation. It's not entirely realistic that Like I said in the FedExField part of the Stadium, a lot of men have totally bought into a very politicized version of human communication and interaction. Any 'misstep' by a man is the evidence that he's worse than Hitler, while women are not judged with similar harshness. Banging on a window is not worthy of death or even no compassion. Imagine a woman who had chased a man (but there is no evidence of abuse) and jumped into the back of a truck and banged on the back window to get him to stop. If she died, you would not say "screw her" and you know this to be true. Actually, let me add to that. If it's true Elin was hitting Tiger with a club, would you say "screw her" if she got killed? What if she wasn't hitting him with a club but just generally running and yelling after himi? Is that worthy of death? It's amazing how quickly some people would rather write a history that they have no conception of, all in service of some idealized version of humanity where human beings who are deeply involved with each other don't argue, don't have dark periods in their relationships, or don't recover or repair after transgressions. It's possible that won't be required but it might and Henry would have no way of defending himself and her family would not likely be completely veracious (or we would have no way of knowing) in their accounts, in order to protect her AND THE CHILDREN. Again, I am stunned at how quickly people think they understand "domestic" violence and how much they will invent in their mind, or presume their own omniscience, as they dispense moral judgment on people for transgressions that seem fairly minor compared to the fate they met.
