Orange does not goto the stadium blue does

You can catch the blue line from the Rossyln stop , just make sure you go the right direction :)

Ask a attendant at the metro to be sure.

16 stops in all to the Morgan Blvd stop, there or no shuttles from the metro to the stadium and is a 1 mile walk

Is there some sort of public transportation we can use from the morgan station? I got granps with me and know way we can hike that mile.

As others have said, I would call metro to ask if they can help in getting your grandfather to the stadium. If that's not an option, there are usually individuals running "shuttles" for $5 a person or something like that.

you should consider just buying a parking pass ... that is if you have a car. if your grandpa will have difficulty walking a mile he will have trouble with the crowds on the metro. it gets really crowded with hardly no seating available. may have to stand for awhile.

I remember a few years ago my wife and I went to the Sat night game when they had the 70 greatest Skins during the Skins anniversary season (2002 I believe). Anyway, we rode the Metro all the way from Foggy Bottom. I "think" the last part of the ride was on the yellow line. At the last stop, there was a Metro bus that took us to a Metro-only gate right outside the stadium. Anyone remember that setup? More importantly, can anyone tell me why they stopped it? Please don't tell me it was Danny wanting more parking revenue.

The metro line by the stadium is BLUE

That metro bus lot used to be in the B3 Green lot right behind the players and media parking lot. Seems Metro wanted to start charging people $20 to use the shuttles when at the time, everyone was paying $6.. so i guess the Skins scraped that idea and got rid of the shuttles.
