how could so many members here not be signing this? even if RM isnt even close to serious, this would be a huge wakeup call for snyder if there were 10k signatures.

Why would I sign this?

Compare owning this team to driving a car. Our driver makes bad decisions, drives way too aggressively, etc, etc. The responsible move for the car owner would be to get a better driver. A dumb move would be to grab some guy from the Blind Institute and throw him behind the wheel.

Let's not go from bad to worse.

good comparison, but i think you have the personnel wrong. snyder is the guy who owns the car, and right now he has a complete idiot driving it. snyder is an idiot for letting an idiot drive the car.

so we get a new owner, who would most likely hire a real driver and give him the keys to the car, and fire the current stupid driver.

Much sounder analogy.

Most likely? Based on what? We have no idea what kind of NFL owner RM would be. Based on the business he is in, tho, I'm not so sure he would be a step up.

how many owners could be as stupid as dan snyder? hes like one in a million. who would pretend to be an NFL GM with absolutely 0 NFL intelligence while continually butchering his own organization year after year with retarded moves over and over?

it takes a real gem of a dumbass to operate the way snyder does.

our current driver is so short sighted he cant see beyond the steering wheel. Im not sure where the blind institute comparison came from but I'll happily take a blind guy right now, at least u can give them instructions on where to go.

Yeah, but sometimes, better the demons you know...

And I wouldn't necessarily say that he's the only one of his like in the NFL. I know there's one owner who parallels him in a lot of ways. Jerrah.

jerrah and al davis have football experience and were a part of the game before they owned their teams.

dan has more experience playing racketball than he does regarding football operations.

all 3 owners suck.

I know Al Davis was a player, I think, then a coach, & now one of the longest standing owners, one of the originals left, & stark raving mad. I didn't mention him because he has trophies & he has experience in this League well beyond Snyder.

What was Jerrah involved in before he owned the Cryboys? I can't remember...or is it that I blocked it out...!?

Ya know, the funny thing is, I thought Snyder was going to be a good owner because of his lack of football experience & his overwhelmingly large wallet. So far, no dice.

Jerry was a star player at the U of Arkansas on the national championship team in the '60s. So he at least knows something about football.

Snyder should try to close his wallet for a while. Not only will it save him some money, but he may actually get cheaper players who are hungrier to win and perform better.
