Redskins Fans:

You can be a part of the “Alpha” group who helps us test our other new online product Redskins Gametime. Enhance your gameday experience by logging onto RedskinsGameTime.com during the game for exclusive features, news and media.

Redskins GameTime is a single Gameday portal pulling in content from Redskins.com, Redskins Blog, Redskins Blitz Blog, Extremeskins, and ESPN980.

You can listen to the game live, watch videos , and read the latest gameday comments from the Redskins.com staff and other Redskins fans. During the game a trivia feature will also be enabled testing your knowledge of the Redskins to give you something to do during commercials.

The Redskins GameTime portal is meant to give fans a virtual stadium experience as you see the game on TV. During home games you will find photos and videos taken at FedExField available to you during the game too.

Please note that this is an early Alpha release of the product with some initial features enabled which will be available today until 8pm only. In future releases we will have even more exciting features available.

We would like to have your thoughts on what you think of the Redskins Gametime. Specifically:

User Experience

Loading Time/Performance

Readability

Ease of Use

We appreciate your help in getting feedback prior to the launch of this full product. To help experience the Redskins GameTime please go to www.redskinsgametime.com.

Thank you.

Note: We apologize for the typo on the “Extremeskins” button in this alpha release. It is something which we will fix ASAP.

I tried this, briefly. I found the link for 980 audio to be waaaaaaaaay behind real time. Like, following gamecast on espn.com -- which is usually very late -- the audio was still way off.

For example, when the Panthers got the ball to begin the game, espn gamecast showed the skins touchdown before Sonny & Sam even announced the fumble by DeAngelo.

Seemed nice enough though.
