kschles
Since Dan and Vinny are open to the idea of hiring consultants (they've done it several times), maybe they could hire someone to look at the way the organization is run. Nothing against Dan and Vinny, but it would just provide a fresh set of eyes to look at the way coaches and players are evaluated, selected, and compensated. He/she could also look at marketing and publicity (good and bad). Any other areas where the Redskins might need a "fresh set of eyes?"

MattFancy
I would hire these guys. Bring on the Bobs! But I don't see Snyder ever doing that. The consultant wouldn't be here long because everyone knows how messed up our FO is. Doesn't take a genius to figure that out lol

No_Pressure
I always wondered what a great consulting group like Booz Allen & Hamilton (where various relatives of mine work) would do with the Washington Redskins. They are great at making business decisions, but I wonder how that could translate to building a better product on the field. They would probably look at what has worked, what hasn't worked, and model the team after something that currently works...I think it would be interesting.
