So campbell does hold the ball a little long. But so do the two guys redskins wanted to trade for cutler and sanchez so they would be no upgrade over campbell. Also note Tom Brady has always had some of the best pass blocking so if he were to play here in washington he would be average.

Problem is that it only measures sacks, not hits, hurries or total holding---the sacks could be for totally different reasons.

As for Tom Brady, he has NOT always had great pass blocking--that's always been a lie, typically to excuse OUR QBs, rather than face the fact that QBs play a role.

Wow where is Big Ben haha. That dude holds it for a good 5 mins before throwing it.
Yeah, where the hell is Roethlisberger? lol

I get to watch the Steelers all the time up here, so I can answer that one.

Big Ben isn't on the list because he's actually have to get rid of the ball at some point for it to count. Thus far tho his average would be up to about 10 minutes and 12 seconds :D

I thought there were several instances in last night's game where Aaron Rodgers could have gotten rid of the ball but kept holding onto it.

If you got Jared Allen coming after you like you smacked his kid, it's probably wise to throw the ball sooner than later. :2cents:

I'm anti-Campbell but I know that this stat really doesn't mean much of anything. All it says is that on the 3 plays he was sacked he had enough time to get rid of the ball. The OL did their job on those 3 plays.

Who knows about the other 30 pass plays but evidently since JC didn't get sacked on those other plays they did well enough on those.

Like Brady takes 3.6 seconds to throw on 90% of his passes. No way. Maybe the one play he was sacked they just had good coverage out there and he took a sack.
