FoxSports: Reports: Limbaugh, Checketts interested in Rams

His right hand man on his show is black. When he goes on vacation he often turns the keys to his multimillion dollar talk show over to a Walter Williams. Clarence Thomas is a good friend of his.

He is not PC thats for sure but to say he hates blacks is a stretch.

Then he turns around and says since Obama's president, white kids get beat up on buses and black kids are saying right on.

The list goes on and on with Limbaugh.

Is that what the NFL will use to agents and players who decide that staying away from the Rams is just good business because of Rush?

He won't get this team. The NFL has plenty of folks who want to own a team, that don't come with the baggage.

I agree with you he won't get the team, Way too much baggage.

You can sit there and rationalize that racist all you want to, I and most other blacks have heard enough of his act to come to our own conclusion.

EDIT: My bad, that statement was meant for TheItalianStallion.

Doesn't matter if Limbaugh is a racist. What matters is that he says things that are often viewed as racist and has a history of doing so. He also has a history of saying other types of statements that anger all sort of people.

If he has a team the headlines will read:

TEAM OWNER OF THE RAMS SAYS: <insert the crazy>

Does the NFL want that and do the Rams want that?

That list lost all credibility when it tried to imply that Bush doesn't care about black people. Bush, the president who has done more for Africa than any other US president, doesn't care about black people, riiiiiiiight.

That sounds like the line people use "I am not racist, I have a few black friends" lol all Presidents have helped Africa with many of their problems such as hunger, AIDS etc.. BTW #$## that fat a#$ Racist, no way he will become an owner.

I can almost promise you that if the money was there, those "black" (why the quotes, I'm curious) free agents would sign with a team owned by the Klan itself. The number might have to be over $100 million/year, but money is quite influential, I assure you.

Several prominent football players have already said they would never play for a team owned by Rush Limbaugh. Bart Scott was one who said his principles wouldn't allow it, no matter what the money. So racist or not, Limbaugh is saddled with that perception, and it will hurt any team he's part of.

How is he racist?

Saying that watching an NFL football game was "like watching a gang fight between the Bloods and the Crips only without the weapons" is at the very least grotesquely racially insensitive.

The idiotic statement about Donovan McNabb is another sign.

And those are only the football related examples.

Well, it appears to be a moot point now, as owners are coming out publicly and saying they won't vote for him, and Goodell said they don't need the kind of comments he's made coming from one of their owners.

Limbaugh supporters should rejoice. The market sorted itself out, and no government is interfering in his rejection. He's being held accountable for his years of divisive commentary. Dittoheads should throw a party. But, if the argument i had with one last night is any indicator, the whining will now begin of how unfairly Rush is being treated.

Karma's a *****, eh?

Yeah, man. The LIST lost all credibility because of something its AUTHOR said. Way to ad hominem to DEATH.

Are you contending that because the author said something about Bush, that somehow Rush DIDN'T say the things that are SOURCED in the article? Come the **** on, man. You're better than that.
