whatmeworry
While most are blaming Campbell for our poor start I don't see it that way. With a few exceptions he's performed adequately and some ways has done well. Here are some changes I'd make. I'd start Rock Cartwight at tailback. Portis is struggling, has lost his zip and has injury problems. Rock has fresh legs and really WANTS to show his stuff. Replace Landry with Kareem Moore. Let's face it - Landry has been a disappointment andis often beat in coverage. Maybe starting Moore will light a fire under LL's ass. On third down and red zone situations I'd sit Moss and put in Mitchell. Mitchell has to get more touches and he would be another big target. I'd let Aldridge get some touches too. Sure, he's high risk with his fumbling but he's also high reward with his speed. A back can be taught to control his fumbling. Remember Tiki Barber? These are the ones that immediately come to my mind.
kingjames
LOL @ Rock over CP! Yea lets sit a pro bowler for a 4th string back. Go back to sleep.
HailinginSeattle
I'd also like to see Aldridge get some touches, but as for the other's... eh, not so much.
whatmeworry
LOL @ Rock over CP! Yea lets sit a pro bowler for a 4th string back. Go back to sleep. Yeah, we couldn't do without his 3 yards per carry.
skins island connection
I can't see benching LL, but I could see him being utilized in different positions. Now replacing him with Moore, well after watching Moore get spun around like a ballerina dancer on the field, thats asking for trouble... If ya want a change, keep a 3 receiver set in the entire game; stop showing your hand before the ball is even snapped. at least this way it will keep the defense spread out some, which should help on those tricky goal line runs, not that the entire stadium knows they will run on 1st and 2 nd downs anyway... NoVaSkins21
LOL @ Rock over CP! Yea lets sit a pro bowler for a 4th string back. Go back to sleep. Exactly. I would rather go with Mason and Betts over Rock who's probably on this team for his more for his leadership and not his physical skills.
whatmeworry
Actually I was impressed with Moore in the preseason. He has speed and is a big hitter. Not that Moore > Landry but LL has not been playing good ball and maybe a change of view (from the sidelines) might do him some good. The defense as a whole has been terrible this year. praise_gibbs
Changes I would make: 1) Jon Gruden as Head Coach. (Hard-nosed, no nonsense coach. No more cupcake practices and camps.) 2) Jim Zorn tutored as the OC and serves as the QB Coach (In his short time here, he turned JC around. Not a Hall of famer, but, a better QB than he was last season. His work with Matt Hasselbeck was impressive. His play calling is suspect but, he was never a coordinator before. He has the desire and the football mind. I think he is just over his head right now holding 3 jobs.) 3) James Lofton as WR Coach (IMO the best player/coach to help teach our WR's the WCO that is not named Jerry Rice) 4) A new DC. I'd love to have Herm Edwards. While he isn't on the top of the list for many, I think his leadership and football mind would be something we could use. I am just about for anyone but Blanche at this point. )

I don't understand this love affair with Mason unless it'sw just because he's local. The very few times Rock has had a shot he's done well. He certainly hits the hole quicker than Mason or Betts. Thinking Skins
I wouldn't bench Landry, except possibly as a motivational technique. He hasn't been beaten in coverage. In fact he got an offensive PI call. I wish he would bring down more pics or actually use his speed to trick some opposing QBs, but he's been good in coverage. I wish he was better at making the consistent tackles too.
RandyHolt
get a #2 WR. Why is ARE back at 2 today? Rak hand in the dirt. Ditch Blache for a Ryan.
RabidFan
Aldridge and Mitchell are inactive today......WTH??? we signed Aldy for a change of pace and activated but didn't use him last week, and we know we suck in the red zone yet don't activate Mitchell who had more TDs in the preseason than our starting WRs this season. Mister Happy
Yeah, we couldn't do without his 3 yards per carry. Rock had 2.8 yards per carry last year.
whatmeworry
Rock had 2.8 yards per carry last year. Don't think you can judge with 5 carries.
robotfire
I would fire Vinny, Blache, and Zorn. I would trade our high profile players for picks. We've got tons of talent, but they don't fit any specific goal. Who on our team was picked up to fit our scheme? We get guys like Taylor and Haynesworth, and then we wonder why they don't produce. They don't fit what we're doing.
Veretax
I agree with benching CP till he's fixed, but I'd rotate Betts/mason or aldridge/rock
