DMVSkins
Even though watching the Redskins on Sundays is the closest thing I've done to torturing myself lately we should all realize that even though we look real mediocre as a team it’s still early and this was the same team that started last season 6-2 and finished 8-8. I'll take a slow start and strong finish we've been competitive in all 3 of our games.s so far.
ttr77
This is true...but the Skins better 'start' good, because the schedule gets much tougher when they 'finish'.
Tennessee Ed
Your post from another thread..... I think I'd rather have a slow start and finish strong then a repeat of last year were everyone was gassed they have no excuse now. Did this really need to be a new thread? It's been really crazy around here lately, so you might want to hold off on the new threads. Just saying. :welcome: to EXTREMESKINS.
budski
Maybe they are pacing themselves?
Peregrine
I'm sorry, but you lost all credibility when you said we had been "competitive" as a reason to be hopeful...
SoCalSkins
Redskins are 5-15 after Nov. 1st with Campbell. 11-4 without him since he's been here. Pretty obvious what we need to do to win.
KingGibbs
Another cliche overly used on here.

goflyhelo
That is one thing I miss about a Gibbs team, you knew we were going to finish the season strong... oh the mamories, oh I mean the memories.
88Comrade2000
How about a good start and finish? Playoff regulars have winning records both halves of the season. You want to start out 5-3 or better and you want to finish 5-3 or better. That gives you at minimum a 10-6 record, which is usually good enough for a wild card spot. Fan035
Unless you finish the way you started.

FrFan
Problem is when you can't or have problems to beat the weakest teams early, how can you finish strong versus the toughest ones ?
