JMU VS. Maryland

Doesn't matter, should be a massacre :)

Oh wait. We suck, I forgot.

LOL probably will be anyway - JMU's coach tends to take these games as "collect a paycheck and make sure noone important gets hurt".

However, would be nice to see them take it serious and the CAA to be 3-0 against the ACC this year. :)

Gotta go with my GMU brother in this one. Maryland is in for a big shock.

Like I said - I think JMU is capable of beating Maryland.

However, nothing about how Mickey Matthews approaches these games leaves me feeling confident - he hates these games and has said as much.

Add to that the fact that they are going to be very inexperienced at QB and I can see Maryland dominating this one.

I'd love to be wrong though.

its already a win for JMU though. MD is suppose to win and win big its verse a 1aa school. If JMU losses no big deal they werent suppose to win and can just work on their own division if JMU wins though its a huge upset and damaging to MD season.

You've just described every big-school-vs.-little-school matchup ever.

So the little schools win every time?

Until of course, Maryland works JMU up and down the field while the game gets out of hand and JMU just wants to leave before any injuries take place in garbage time. Meanwhile Maryland gains confidence after getting killed by Cal and can work on fine tuning things while looking ahead to an essential "reboot" of their season.

There's just one obvious instance of how it's not really "already a win for JMU."
