Westbrook36
When the Bulls had 11 points, Gordon hit a deep deep 3, but the score only went to 13 points. I rewinded and watched to make sure I wasn't going crazy. Anyway, the score hasn't been updated yet. I wonder if this will wind up making a difference... Skinned
They are checking on it now. You are totally right. I rewound to check and it was a clear 3 and they only gave him
Skinned
That is totally whack! They did get cheated a point. Surprising something like that can happen.
Westbrook36
Imagine if this game goes to OT. This will be the biggest controversy in the NBA since the Ref fixing games scandal. It wasn't even close. At least 2 feet behind the 3 point line.

Skinned
It's easy to recount it too, because Gordon hit a 3 on the opening possession and then another on the play where the Celts thought he double-dribbled (which should have given them 14 as a team). Look at Gordon's stats and he is only credited with one 3 pointer. The only way this is accurate is if they went back and looked at the first possession and determined it was a 2. Boston always does some crooked stuff, F them, they will get put out because of stuff like this anyway...
Westbrook36
Yeah, but that's impossible. Number 1, we'd have to take the leap of faith that they made that decision at the exact moment he hit his 2nd 3-pointer. Number 2, you can't go back and change an earlier decision after several plays have transpired. This stinks. Literally.
Skinned
Could also be that the TNT score was not showing the same as in the arena. I mean why else would none of the Bulls team or staff have noticed?
ixcuincle
Yeah, is this an error limited to TNT, or is it an error by the scorekeeper? Whatever it is I hope it's fixed lol
TheDoyler23
Shouldn't there be someone at the arena charting this?

I mean why else would none of the Bulls team or staff have noticed? I thought so too but there was a shot later that showed the arena scoreboard and it was the same as what TNT was showing. If you have DVR, it was when the score was 16-11.

No Excuses
I remember a controversy in a Miami/Atlanta game last season where the statistician screwed up and they had to redo the game after the point on at a later date. So WTF is this bullcrap where the Bulls don't get credited?

ixcuincle
It doesn't matter if the Bulls don't do anything and let the Celtics run all over them like this. This is getting ugly.
Raub
Anyone notice that at the beginning of the 2nd half, when they were going over the game summary before the start of the half, the Bulls had 39. When they went to game play, they had 38 again. Weird.

Chachie
Now the refs are hitting Boston with an unearned technical foul. I guess what comes around goes around. Bad reffing night though.
